The Chairman Ekiti State Emergency Management Agency (SEMA), Hon. Sunday Adebomi, has assured residents of Ekiti State of government support in properties lost to
devastated occurrences in recent times while praying to God to avert any future unfortunate events.

The SEMA Boss while fielding questions with Platinum Times News Correspondent in his office said recent Emergency happenings across the state is saddening.
“The rainstorm in Ilupeju-Ekiti two days ago killing one person and leaving several people injured is purely a setback for the government of the state and heart rending when I visited the places and properties destroyed in the inferno in company of the deputy governor, Otunba Bisi Egbeyemi”

Adebomi further said the rainstorm that happened in Erinmope-Ekiti sometimes ago destroying schools and houses is nothing short but catastrophic for the people of the community.
However, the SEMA boss has assured those affected across the state of government support in due time.

According to him, Governor Kayode Fayemi’s led administration in the state is outrightly working to reward people who lost their properties in the bad occurrence. The agency is working assiduously in providing succor to everyone affected by the devastated occurrence.

Adebomi urges the people of the State to give maximum support for the adminstration of Governor Fayemi heading to third year in office While assuring them of better performance of the Govenor before expiration of his tenure.

Ekiti State is moving forward, the timely payment of salaries is not gainsaying for Governor Fayemi’s led administration in the state because is not a noise making performer like his predecessor who left the state in huge debt, he added.
