Oluwasegun Aina, Osogbo

The rift between Govenor Gboyega Oyetola, the Executive Governor of the State of Osun and predecessor, Ogbeni Rauf Aregbesola, is nothing but a fiction which deserves no attention from public scene.

What does Aregbesola want? The State of Osun is progressing under the leadership of the incumbent Governor, Gboyega Oyetola. Any criticism from different angles, ranging from Aregbesola’s tentacles, is indeed a baseless one.

Moving from the leadership of the State of Osun to Minister of Interior is an opportunity not to interfere in the role of a Govenor who’s doing the needful for his people.

The flag off of Oyetola in Osogbo, has been described by political Pundits as a great achievement of no mean minestone. Without any basking mind, Oyetola is working and that’s the popular opinion of the people in the State of Osun.

Development of the citizens is of his interest. Why won’t people love Oyetola? Opposition members in the State have given kudos the performing Governor, Gboyega Oyetola and that’s enough reasons for a fellow party member to softpedal on personal vendetta, rather, Aregbosola should be encouraging him to continue to provide solutions to the State of Osun’s remaining loopholes.

Predecessors can demand from successors if there’s possible solution to the requests in a constructive manner. The uniqueness of a request is of interest to Oyetola, as said by his Spokesman.

The rift between Oyetola and Aregbesola started after the kick-off to the current adminstration. Interestingly, Oyetola is doing well.
